About this role
This role sits on the Strategic Accounts team focused on franchise and multi-location Restaurant & QSR brands, owning a small set of named accounts and driving brand-wide adoption. The hire will set account strategy, build long-term partnerships with key stakeholders, and represent Connecteam in important on-site meetings and events. The role includes end-to-end ownership of deals from early outreach through close and expansion across locations and use cases.
