The Senior Client Success Manager is a revenue-critical role responsible for the retention, expansion, and long-term success of a portfolio of strategic customers. The role acts as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, driving net revenue retention through renewals, upsells, and cross-sell while ensuring customers realize measurable value from Later’s products and services. The position partners closely with Sales, Services, Product, and Finance to grow customer relationships and translate insights into product and operational improvements.
