About this role
The Account Manager, Emerging Accounts (Middle East) manages and grows a portfolio of smaller and developing clients (banks, MTOs, PSPs, wallets and fintechs), serving as their day-to-day point of contact for Thunes’ products and services. The role focuses on delivering strong customer experience, driving adoption, and identifying incremental revenue opportunities while collaborating with internal teams. It reports to the VP of Account Management MENA and works across a global, cross-functional organization.
