An Associate Customer Care Agent at Staffbase joins the Customer department to support the company's AI-native Employee Experience Platform customers. The role is based in the Minneapolis–Saint Paul office and operates on a hybrid schedule with core in-office days Tuesday–Thursday (minimum two days onsite). Work hours are 8am–4pm Central Time, Monday–Friday.
