About this role
The Automation Sales Manager will drive revenue growth and market expansion across a designated regional territory by developing and executing strategic sales plans and cultivating strong customer relationships. The role requires deep understanding of the local manufacturing industry and evaluation of customer requirements to partner with engineering on automation solutions. This is an individual contributor role owning all aspects of the sales cycle, including prospecting, site discovery, proposal development, and negotiation. The position involves significant travel within the territory and active participation in industry events.
