Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Finance, Business, or related field
- Master’s degree (preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in compensation and benefits
- 3+ years of direct equity administration experience
- CCP (Certified Compensation Professional) or CEP (Certified Equity Professional) designation
