The Customer Success Enablement Manager at Owner.com serves as the embedded enablement partner for the global Customer Success and Support organization. The role is responsible for designing and operationalizing a scalable post-live enablement strategy that supports teams throughout the customer lifecycle. This position focuses on building and iterating playbooks, training programs, and curricula to improve retention and customer health. It is fully remote for candidates based in the United States or Canada and reports into a rapidly growing, remote-first company serving local restaurants and other SMBs.
