The Customer Care Consultant at Birdie is responsible for ensuring partners and caregivers have an exceptional experience with the Birdie platform. This role goes beyond traditional customer support by proactively engaging with partners through scheduled check-ins, anticipating needs, and providing tailored guidance to enhance user satisfaction and retention. The Consultant acts as the voice of partners internally, gathering feedback and collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams to optimize the platform based on user insights.
