About this role
The Customer Success Executive at NiCE partners with customers to ensure they realize maximum value from NiCE cloud solutions and maintain long-term relationships. The role supports customer lifecycle health and retention while contributing customer insights to product and internal teams. It reports to the Director, Services Program and operates within NiCE’s hybrid NiCE‑FLEX working model.
