The Customer Support Engineer is an individual contributor on Contentful’s Customer Experience organization within the Global Support team. The role is based in Denver, reporting to the Senior Manager, Customer Support, and follows a hybrid schedule (in office ~2-3 times/month) with set hours of 7a–4p MT. The position is at a mid-level and aligned with Contentful’s digital experience platform operations.
