An AM Demi Chef in a luxury hotel/resort kitchen, working early morning hours (approximately 4am–12pm). This full-time role starts at $22/hour, with potential for higher compensation for more experienced candidates. The position reports to the Sous Chef and Executive Chef and supports the culinary team in ensuring quality and consistency across both a la carte and banquet/event services. Schedule can vary with weekend and holiday availability.
