The Director of Customer Success will lead Aisera’s strategic customer relationships and scale a high-performing customer success organization to drive adoption, business transformation, and net revenue retention. This executive-facing role partners with Sales, Services, and Product to create repeatable playbooks, measurable impact libraries, and long-term strategic relationships with enterprise customers. The position is highly visible and focused on expanding customer investment across IT, HR, Customer Service, and AIOps domains.
