About this role
The Director of Sales will lead Alma’s sales organization focused on acquiring licensed mental health providers, overseeing BDR and AE teams and owning the end-to-end sales funnel. Reporting to the President, this leadership role is accountable for driving predictable, scalable revenue growth and translating strategic initiatives into hands-on execution. The role requires both strategic vision and tactical management to support company growth and financial objectives.
