The Global Director of Technical Talent Acquisition at Fivetran will define and drive the global strategy for hiring technical talent in partnership with regional TA leaders and business stakeholders. This role leads and mentors talent acquisition teams, builds hiring and resource plans, and uses data to guide decisions that attract, engage, hire, and retain qualified candidates. The position is based in Oakland and reports to the Global VP of Talent Acquisition.
