About this role
The Revenue Operations Director for Gong Deployment Strategy will lead internal deployment of Gong to drive go-to-market efficiency and sales productivity. This role partners closely with Sales, Marketing, Field Operations, and Product to align scalable outcomes, serve as the internal Gong administrator, and build a Gong-on-Gong blueprint customers can adopt. The director will also manage operating rhythms, documentation, and data strategy to ensure adoption and high-performing sales processes.
