About this role
The Head of Enterprise at Rhombus leads and scales the enterprise sales organization focused on large, complex accounts. Reporting to the COO, this role is responsible for building a predictable, high-performing enterprise sales engine within a channel-first GTM model. It is both strategic and hands-on, combining leadership of Enterprise Account Executives with direct involvement in major deals.
