About this role
This role leads Skello’s Barcelona-based sales organization, directly managing sales team leaders and indirectly overseeing a large team of BDRs and AEs. The position is responsible for structuring and organizing the team’s daily operations while embodying and promoting Skello’s culture and values. It also owns sales performance management, including KPIs, quotas, and forecasting, in close collaboration with sales efficiency stakeholders. The role reports to the Spain General Manager and sits within a fast-growing HR SaaS scale-up environment.
