About this role
The HR Manager partners with business leaders to design and implement people strategies that enable teams to perform at their best. This role serves as a strategic and operational advisor, supports organizational growth, and helps scale an engaged, high-performing workforce. The position reports to the VP, People & Total Rewards and is based in Denver or Tempe with an expected in-office cadence of 2–3 days per week.
