About this role
The IT-Clinical Service Desk Agent is the first point of contact for clinicians, providers, and staff needing technical assistance with clinical applications, EHR/EMR, medical device integration, and related IT systems. The role supports clinical operations by providing timely, professional end-user support, participating in training, and contributing to continuous improvement. It also may include participation in on-call rotations for high-priority endpoint issues.
