The Lead Customer Success Manager on HubSpot’s Strategic Accounts team owns the post-sale experience for a portfolio of large enterprise customers, ensuring they realize measurable business outcomes and maximizing retention and growth. This role partners with internal teams and executive stakeholders to surface value, remove adoption barriers, and develop long-term success plans. The position is US-wide with flexibility for in-office, hybrid, or remote work and may require occasional onsite travel.
