About this role

The Lead, Employee Lifecycle Services owns the end-to-end employee experience for onboarding, transitions, and exits at Moniepoint. This role designs and manages lifecycle processes and frameworks to ensure new hires are welcomed and productive and departing employees exit with clarity and compliance. The lead partners with Talent Acquisition, IT, Finance, Compliance, and HRBPs to scale and standardize lifecycle services across geographies.
