About this role
The Senior Lifecycle Specialist, Employee Relations & Transitions manages end-to-end offboarding and employee exits for Remote’s external employees, ensuring legal compliance and high-quality customer service. The role also provides first-level employee relations advice, conducts preliminary assessments of workplace concerns, and acts as a subject-matter expert and mentor within the Lifecycle team. The specialist drives process improvements, automation and cross-functional collaboration across international jurisdictions in a fully remote, asynchronous environment.
