About this role

The Senior Lifecycle Specialist, Employee Relations & Transitions at Remote manages end-to-end employee exits for external employees across multiple international jurisdictions, with a strong focus on legal compliance, quality, and customer experience. The role also provides first-level employee relations support, guiding clients through workplace concerns and coordinating with internal stakeholders. As part of the Lifecycle team the specialist helps drive process improvements, automation initiatives and serves as a subject-matter expert and mentor to more junior team members.
