About this role
The Senior Lifecycle Specialist, Employee Relations & Transitions owns end-to-end management of employee exits for Remote’s external employees and provides first-level employee relations support to clients. The role focuses on ensuring legal compliance, delivering excellent customer service, and serving as a subject-matter expert and escalation point for complex cases. The position is part of the Lifecycle team and contributes to process improvements, automation initiatives, and enhancing customer and employee experiences across international jurisdictions.
