About this role
The Senior Lifecycle Specialist, Employee Relations & Transitions at Remote independently manages end-to-end employee exits for international employees while ensuring legal compliance and high-quality customer service. The role also provides first-level employee relations support, guiding clients through workplace concerns and coordinating stakeholders. The specialist is expected to drive process improvements, automation and product feedback within the broader Lifecycle team. This is a fully remote, globally-focused role operating asynchronously across jurisdictions.
