The Operations Manager oversees day-to-day live management of 3–6 Call Center Team Supervisors within TransPerfect Connect’s bilingual call center. The role ensures staffing, resources, and processes are in place to meet service level agreements and deliver high-quality interpreting and call center services. The manager works with WFM, remote resources, site leadership, and clients to monitor performance, drive improvements, and maintain service continuity.
