People Relations Partner (APAC)

The People Relations Partner (APAC) at Deel is responsible for managing employee relations issues by providing practical support to HR Business Partners, managers, and team members. This role encompasses conflict resolution, disciplinary action, investigations, and offboarding processes while ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. The Partner collaborates with various internal stakeholders to address team member concerns, analyze employee relations trends, and develop standard operating procedures for investigations, all aimed at enhancing the employee experience across the APAC region.
