The Positouch POS Support Associate provides technical support for Positouch point-of-sale systems and credit card terminals. The role diagnoses, troubleshoots, and resolves customer issues across phone, email, chat, and ticket channels while maintaining high customer service standards. Associates work with internal teams to improve terminal and system performance and support merchant satisfaction.
