About this role
Bringg is seeking a Technical Support engineer to join its Technical Support team and work closely with customer success, solutions, and R&D to resolve technical and product issues for large international customers. The role focuses on investigating incidents, coordinating communications, validating fixes, and supporting Bringg’s delivery management platform. The position is based in Ukraine and requires working shifts, including night and weekend shifts.
