Sales Director - Midmarket

The Sales Director, Mid-market leads and develops a team of portfolio sellers to drive revenue growth across assigned territories while aligning sales objectives with New Era’s strategy. This role is accountable for team performance, pipeline health, territory coverage, forecasting, and sales reporting and serves as a key member of the Mid-market leadership team. The director collaborates with operational, finance, marketing, and alliances partners to execute go-to-market initiatives and expand customer relationships.
