About this role
The Senior Customer Insights Analyst on the Customer Insights & Adoption team is a strategic analytics partner within the CX organization, turning customer data into insights that improve satisfaction, retention, and growth. The role partners across Customer Success, Support, Product, Sales, and the central Data team to surface the voice of the customer and influence business strategy. The analyst will use Insight360 and BI tools to build trusted dashboards and drive data-driven decision making across the company.
