About this role

The Senior Director of Global Sales Development leads Instructure’s global SDR organization of 40+ team members to build and optimize a world-class pipeline engine. This executive role is accountable for global strategy, predictable pipeline performance, and alignment across multiple products, regions, and market segments. The position owns SDR methodology, technology stack, and operational standards while cultivating a strong coaching and development culture. It is highly cross-functional, partnering closely with Marketing, Sales, and Revenue Operations to drive revenue growth.
