Senior ITSM Process Owner at Pacific Life leads the development and maturation of global Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes to ensure the reliability and resiliency of critical IT services. The role partners with technology and business leaders within Pacific Life Technology and reports to the AVP, Information Risk & Security Operations.
