About this role
The Senior Lifecycle Specialist, Employee Relations & Transitions at Remote independently manages end-to-end employee exits for external employees with a strong focus on legal compliance, quality, and excellent customer service. The role also provides first-level employee relations support by advising clients on workplace concerns and coordinating appropriate internal and external resources. As part of the Lifecycle team, the specialist drives process improvements, automation and contributes to cross-jurisdictional policy and compliance work in a fully remote environment.
