About this role
Director-level role within Coupang’s Customer Service organization leading the Customer Experience Design project to improve end-to-end customer experience across the company. The position drives strategic, company-wide initiatives, partners with departments such as Logistics, Fulfillment, Policy, Quality, Sales, and Tech, and represents the CXD mission across stakeholders. The director also manages and mentors CX specialists to build a high-performance, customer-centric organization supporting Coupang’s expansion in Taiwan.
