About this role
Lumos is a fast-growing startup building an enterprise-grade AppStore and access management platform. As a Support Engineer (PST) you will be one of the first hires building the support organization, partnering with Solutions Engineering and Customer Success to ensure customers get timely help and to shape support processes. The role reports to the Support Engineering Lead and contributes to the company’s growth by enabling scalable, high-quality customer interactions.
