About this role

The Team Lead, Patient Success is the inaugural patient success hire for Freddie, acting as a player–coach to improve patient activation, retention, and long-term engagement in HIV prevention and care. The role establishes scalable processes, playbooks, and performance metrics and will eventually lead a small Patient Success team as the business scales. This is a permanent, full-time remote position in Canada reporting to the Director, Client Experience.
