The Merchant Success Enablement Manager will design, rebuild, and scale the enablement function supporting ShipBob’s merchant-facing success teams. The role focuses on creating consistent documentation, training programs, playbooks, and communication frameworks, and partnering with Success, Operations, and Revenue leadership to ensure teams have the tools and knowledge needed to meet company objectives. This high-impact position reports to the VP, Merchant Success and establishes the foundation for scalable enablement across the organization.
