About this role
The TEAMS Relationship Manager at FIGS is responsible for being the primary contact for potential and existing TEAMS customers, supporting the sales lifecycle and driving program growth. The role focuses on converting handoffs, onboarding customers, and closing revenue while coordinating internal resources. This position reports to the Director of TEAMS and is remote with quarterly travel to the Santa Monica office.
