About this role

The Technical Account Manager is a member of the Sales organization and the Technical Account Management team who serves as the primary point of contact for enterprise customers using Plotly/Dash Enterprise. This role partners with Customer Success, Product, and Account Executives to ensure customers derive maximum value from Plotly products and to influence product direction using customer feedback. The position supports company growth by improving customer processes, driving retention and expansion, and representing customer needs internally.
