The Robotic Technical Support Specialist is a first-line support role on the Support Helpdesk Team providing technical assistance for Locus Robotics systems and infrastructure. The role focuses on diagnosing and resolving Level 1 issues, ensuring a timely and professional support experience for customer site teams. Scheduled hours are Sunday–Thursday 12:00pm–8:30pm ET.
