About this role
Anaplan is hiring an experienced, customer-obsessed leader to create and scale an end-to-end implementation methodology across its platform and domain applications and to own Beta implementation outcomes. The role will establish governance, measure implementation success, and drive customer adoption, retention, and expansion through a repeatable, scalable approach. This leader will collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, enablement teams and partners to turn field learnings into product and process improvements and lead a Center of Excellence for implementation innovation.
