The Customer Experience Specialist is a customer-centric role on the GreyNoise CX team serving as primary point of contact to ensure customers successfully adopt and derive value from GreyNoise products. The role focuses on retention, onboarding, and coordinating across internal teams to address customer needs and drive outcomes. This position is primarily responsible for supporting the EMEA region and facilitating strong ongoing customer relationships.
