This role entails onboarding new customers, proactively addressing adoption challenges, and analyzing usage metrics to identify upsell opportunities. The CSM will also offer technical support, monitor customer health metrics, and serve as the voice of the customer to influence product development. Candidates should have experience in B2B SaaS, especially within sales environments, and strong data analysis skills.
