About this role

The Customer Success Manager at H1 owns end-to-end relationships with several of the company’s largest clients, primarily within the Medical and Commercial product lines. The role focuses on ensuring clients realize value from the H1 platform by overseeing implementations, onboarding, and ongoing engagement. This position serves as a strategic partner to customers, acting as their internal voice while collaborating closely with product, engineering, and support. The CSM is expected to manage complex, multi-stakeholder accounts and contribute to overall customer health and retention.
