Sales Development Manager

The Sales Development Manager at Dune is responsible for building and executing the company's outbound sales strategy to generate pipeline. Initially acting as a player-coach, this role involves prospecting, market mapping, and developing outreach tactics while laying the groundwork for a future team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs). The manager will collaborate with Sales, RevOps, and Product teams to define target accounts and refine the go-to-market approach, leveraging data-driven tools to optimize outreach effectiveness. Experience in B2B SaaS sales, particularly with technical products, is preferred, but candidates from other fields who can adapt and learn quickly are encouraged to apply.
