About this role

A Scaled Customer Success Manager at G2 is responsible for managing a high-volume portfolio of 60-75 mid-market accounts and over 300 accounts through scalable engagement strategies. This role focuses on driving customer satisfaction, adoption, and retention using data-driven insights, while collaborating with Sales and other departments to enhance customer experience and reduce churn. The CSM also contributes to developing success programs and optimizes customer journeys, all while operating within the AMER shift and maintaining a weekly in-office presence.
