About this role

A Senior Customer Success Manager at Toast is the primary customer contact and trusted advisor for large enterprise restaurant accounts, focused on driving product adoption, satisfaction, and retention. The role supports a regionally based book of business spanning hundreds of locations and partners closely with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Operations to enable customer success and growth. This position follows a hybrid work model and is expected to be onsite 1–2 days per week in Pasadena, CA.
