About this role
The Senior Lifecycle Specialist, Employee Relations & Transitions manages end-to-end offboarding for Remote’s external employees and provides first-level employee relations support to clients across multiple jurisdictions. The role operates within the Lifecycle team to ensure legal compliance, high-quality client experiences, and continuous process and product improvements. It is a senior, autonomous position focused on complex terminations, stakeholder coordination, and driving operational efficiency in a global, remote environment.
