About this role
The Senior Manager, Commercial Sales will lead a team of 4–8 Account Executives focused on the HR/Benefits market to drive revenue growth and scale go-to-market execution. The role reports to the Director of Commercial Sales and partners across Marketing, Customer Success, and Product to optimize sales strategy and predictable revenue outcomes. This full-time position can be fully remote with an east coast/NYC preference and may require occasional travel.
